Be a Lucky Block: New Player Guide
New to Be a Lucky Block on Roblox? This guide walks you through the entire core gameplay loop โ from breaking your first block to planning your first Rebirth. Learn the key systems and avoid common early mistakes.
Start Strong โ Claim Your Free God-Tier Brainrot
Before doing anything else, redeem code RELEASE in the Shop โ Codes tab. You'll get Brr Brr Patapim, a God-tier Brainrot worth ~10,000 cash/sec โ for free.
Step-by-Step: Core Gameplay Loop
Enter the Map & Find a Lucky Block
When you load into Be a Lucky Block, you'll spawn near the central zone. Lucky Blocks are scattered across the map in different rarity zones. Start near the spawn area where Basic and Rare Blocks appear most frequently.
๐ก Tip: Don't run toward the outer zones right away โ your starting Pickaxe (Wood) won't break higher-rarity blocks efficiently.
Break a Block, Collect a Brainrot
Equip your Pickaxe and mine a Lucky Block. When it breaks, a Brainrot unit drops. Run over it to pick it up. Your goal is to carry it back to your base safely without getting caught by Sammy (the NPC guard).
๐ก Tip: Sammy patrols the farming zones. If he catches you, you'll lose time. Watch his patrol route and move when he's facing away.
Place Brainrots in Your Base
Return to your base and place the collected Brainrot in an open slot. Once placed, it begins generating Cash per second automatically โ even when you're offline. Fill all base slots as your first priority.
๐ก Tip: An empty base slot is lost income. Even low-rarity Common Brainrots are better than nothing in the early game.
Upgrade Your Pickaxe
Use your earned Cash to buy a stronger Pickaxe from the Shop. Higher power pickaxes break blocks faster and allow you to target rarer block types that drop better Brainrots.
๐ก Tip: The Iron Pickaxe (4 power, 1500 cash) is your first real upgrade goal. It unlocks reliable access to Epic Block zones.
Replace Lower Brainrots as You Improve
Once your base is full, start comparing cash-per-second output. Replace your worst-earning Brainrots with higher-rarity units as you collect them. Never replace a unit until you have a confirmed upgrade.
๐ก Tip: Use the Fuse Machine to combine duplicate Brainrots into rarer versions instead of discarding them.
Plan Your First Rebirth
Rebirth resets your Cash and collected Brainrots, but grants a permanent multiplier that makes every future run faster. Don't rebirth too early โ wait until you have a decent Pickaxe (Molten or better) and a strong base income.
๐ก Tip: After Rebirth 5, you'll have a 5x permanent cash multiplier. This is when the game's mid-to-late progression really accelerates.
